If so, you should purchase a technical support contract. With technical support, you can rest assured that you will get your Cadgraphics system up and running quickly — and you'll be able to keep it operating at maximum efficiency. As a technical support contract holder, you'll be entitled to several exclusive benefits:
When you purchase a technical support contract, you're entitled to free calls to our help desk. Telephone support is available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. central time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
With a technical support contract, you'll also go to the head of the line when you send e-mail to our support department.
In many instances, we may be able to help you recover lost data and passwords. Remember, technical support is available only to Cadgraphics users who purchase a technical support contract. |
Support Prices
Note Cadgraphics Incorporated reserves the right to limit each telephone call to thirty minutes and to limit each contact (telephone or e-mail) to one incident. Inquiries are limited to installation, upgrades, updates, basic usability and basic functionality.
